Paulie's thoughts on Suffering. Inspired by Beth Moore's Study from the Book of Daniel:
Daniel’s life should inspire us all!
In Daniel chapter three, when Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into the fire, what happened to them, besides the obvious things you may have learned in Sunday School?
Remember, suffering for God in the fire isn’t a bad thing. We embrace suffering, because God is burning off the burdens, sins and fears that bind us. He is making us active for the Kingdom during the hard times. He has promised never to leave or forsake us. And, on the other side, we will be a sweet fragrance to God.
(2 Corinthians 2:15)
Take heart and be of good courage! God is with us, when we are for Him!

In Daniel chapter three, when Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into the fire, what happened to them, besides the obvious things you may have learned in Sunday School?
- Their bonds were the only things that burned
- They walked around in the fire
- They, themselves, were unharmed by the fire
- When they came out, they didn’t smell like smoke
